DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City

Excellent location, spacious room, and clean. I love that there is a parking lot that is easily accessible and that I can use my room key to get in and out of the the parking lot.

Our room was on the 24th floor; beautiful view, absolutely stunning. Room was very clean and nice. This hotel is close to all our favorite spots and it’s noisy at night, which is something we quite like (i know it’s not a good thing for most but we’re city people through and through). Room service was great and quick; food is a bit overpriced in my opinion but nothing too bad. We loved that there was a parking garage on property so we didn’t have to find parking elsewhere. Pool was not heated as advertised and quite dirty so we only stayed for like 5 minutes. Beds were very comfortable and pillows were so soft. Overall, great experience.

All of the staff, as they all were pleasant, accommodating, professional, and joyful. 150% rating goes out to the entire hotel sfaff, and the staff is why I stay here very, very often over the past several months. I liked the room. It was spacious, clean & the view was amazing (24th floor) loved the shape of the windows. The bed was really comfy & the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Always had a lovely smile on their faces. The kids loved the pool. We ate in the hotel restaurant two evenings whilst we were there. It was nice & reasonably priced.

Central to many attractions. Great room. Roomy. Comfortable and restful. Parking really close but not an elevator directly into the hotel. Its outside next to the hotel direway.
